Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is a gentle yet deeply effective form of therapeutic bodywork that focuses on releasing tension within the fascia — the connective tissue that surrounds and supports the muscles, joints, and organs. When fascia becomes tight, restricted, or dehydrated from stress, injury, posture, repetitive movement, or emotional holding patterns, it can contribute to pain, stiffness, limited mobility, and a feeling of being “stuck” in the body.

This service uses slow, intentional pressure and sustained holds to encourage the fascia to soften, lengthen, and release. Unlike traditional massage that may focus mainly on muscle tension, Myofascial Release works with the body’s connective tissue system to create more space, ease, and freedom of movement.
Myofascial Release can be especially supportive for clients experiencing chronic pain, postural restriction, neck and shoulder tension, low back discomfort, hip tightness, headaches, scar tissue, stress-related holding, or limited range of motion. Because fascia is closely connected to the nervous system, this work can also support a deeper somatic and energetic release.
As the body begins to unwind, clients may experience a sense of grounding, emotional softening, improved body awareness, and a greater feeling of flow and connection within themselves.
Each session is customized to meet the client’s needs, creating a calm, therapeutic space for the body to release tension, restore mobility, and return to a more balanced state.
