Spinal Decompression

Spinal Decompression is a gentle, non-surgical service designed to create space within the spine and reduce pressure on the surrounding discs, joints, and soft tissue. Because the spine houses and protects the spinal cord, we see the Neuro-Spinal system as central to how the body communicates, adapts, and functions. When the spine is compressed from stress, posture, repetitive strain, or old patterns, the body may begin to guard, tighten, and move with less freedom.
This service uses controlled, comfortable traction to help the spine decompress and allow the body to soften, reorganize, and move toward greater ease. We do not see the body as broken, and we are not forcing change. We are simply creating a better environment for the body to do what it does best.
Members may choose Spinal Decompression when they feel compressed, restricted, or weighed down through the spine. It may support greater spinal mobility, ease, and adaptability by giving the Neuro-Spinal system more room to communicate clearly and express health.
